How quickly does a withdrawal reach my bank account?

Free funds that are not tied to an active plan generally reach the bank account within 1–2 business days. The exact time depends on the bank and the type of payment. If you want to withdraw funds from an active plan before its term, contact customer support. Early termination is not guaranteed.

Yes. Both private individuals and companies that meet the service terms can acquire claims. When opening a company account, we may ask for additional documents, such as information confirming the right of representation and details about beneficial owners.
